Ms. Dawn Reynolds

Ms. Dawn Reynolds is the Vice President of Elite Performance Auditing Consultants, LLC. Ms. Reynolds has over 20 experience as an attorney in both the public and private sector. In addition to her work as a public safety performance auditor and instructor, she has served as a prosecutor, a public defender, mediator, municipal court judge and judge pro tem. Her current law practice includes administrative law, civil rights and criminal appeals. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked in public relations, development and long range planning in higher education.

Dawn received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Fine Arts from the University of Washington, graduating, summa cum laude. She received her Master of Arts, English Literature, also from the University of Washington, graduating with Honors. Dawn received her Juris Doctor, University of Idaho College of Law (Honors). She also has a Teaching Certification, K-12, from Washington State University, (Honors). Dawn is a Certified Instructor for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST)/Robert Presely Institute of Criminal Investigation (ICI). She holds a Certified Law Enforcement Auditors (CLEA) designation from the International Law Enforcement Auditors Association (ILEAA) and a Certified Practionor of Oversight (CPO) from the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE). She is on the Board of NACOLE where she chairs the Strategeic Planning committee.
